The speaker's presentation consisted of a slide show and travelogue across Canada, beginning near the mouth of the St. John River where Champlain landed and began his perilous trip overland. The speaker interspersed his address with many personal anecdotes and reminiscences. The story of the origin of the name "Dominion of Canada."
